About this weekend
This is my first weekend back after flying back from Cologne on Thursday night. The flight was quick but the journey home took all day Friday. It's now Sunday and it's raining. Saturday was brighter and I had a chance to take a few photos with my Nokia.
A glass door was installed at my mother's house, and my goodness it's impressive.

My favourite photo from this weekend is this wonderful sunlight landing on the pickle shelf at the supermarket. Man, that's beautiful. You could get spiritual under this kind of soft sunlight.
Even this big ugly building near the supermarket looks better for a bit of amber November sun.
Being home is nice, but I miss Cologne already. It feels more like home because K lives there, also in other ways. “In Ordnung” is a state of mind. I wish Britain were a bit more like Germany in that respect, but accept that difference keeps the world interesting.
